You may cancel your order at any time before it has been prepared for shipment. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval of your return, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The refund process typically takes 5-7 business days from the date we receive your returned item. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Shipping costs for returns are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us immediately with your order details. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues.
For refunds processed via check, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery by mail. If your check hasn't arrived within this period, we can place a stop payment and reissue the check after verification.
